Chapter 11 Practice Preview

Weekly Regime Lab

Read the dated completed-week evidence, record the three dials and your dominant-driver hypothesis, then compare only the deterministic dials.

Dated completed-week evidence · not real-time. Your classifications, confidence and written reading stay in this browser and are not transmitted.

Snapshot week: 2026-10-23

Using the latest published completed-week snapshot for 2026-10-23.

Each fact retains its own observation date. If the snapshot falls outside the approved publication cadence, the comparison controls fail closed.

1

Observe

Read the dated source-bound facts without seeing the deterministic dial classifications.

2

Classify

Set broad-dollar direction, real-rate pressure, funding pressure and your dominant-driver hypothesis.

3

Explain

Write what supports the reading and what would challenge it.

4

Compare

Reveal the three deterministic dial classifications. Compare with the separate Score product only after completing the Three Dials exercise.

5

Return

Use disagreement to select the next chapter, source or Weekly report to review.

Completed-week source evidence

The facts and changes are visible before submission. Deterministic direction labels, confidence labels and the published interpretation remain out of view until you record your own reading.

Build the regime sentence first

The lab compares only the three deterministic dials. Your dominant-driver hypothesis is recorded for reflection but deliberately left unscored.

Book connection

Chapter 11: The Weekly Operating Framework

Chapter 11 explains why the weekly framework must force sequence: start with the driver, record dollar direction, real rates and liquidity stress, then add asset-specific evidence.

Question answered

Can the reader form a disciplined weekly regime read from dated evidence before seeing the deterministic classifications and separate Score output?

Why it matters

Recording the three dials, dominant-driver hypothesis and conditional explanation before comparison reduces anchoring and turns Chapter 11 into a repeatable practice routine.

Inputs

  • Dated Federal Reserve broad-dollar observation
  • Dated 10-year real-yield observation
  • Dated SOFR-minus-IORB funding-pressure observation, plus a browser-local driver hypothesis and conditional written reading

Data cadence and timestamp

Latest repository-published completed-week Three-Dials snapshot with an exact-week Score bridge. No market data is retrieved in the browser.

Show the snapshot week and every source observation date. Keep the normal Monday/Tuesday publication window explicit, and disable deterministic comparison if the snapshot is outside the approved cadence.

Use it in three steps

  1. Read the dated facts and record the three dials plus an unscored dominant-driver hypothesis.
  2. Write what supports the reading and what would challenge it before seeing any deterministic labels.
  3. Submit the browser-local reading, compare only the three deterministic dials, then inspect the separate exact-week Score output and return to the relevant chapter or Weekly report.

When the evidence agrees

  • Use aligned, partly aligned or materially different for the three deterministic dials rather than correct or incorrect.
  • Agreement shows process coherence, not predictive accuracy; the dominant-driver hypothesis remains unscored.

When the evidence diverges

  • A broad-dollar disagreement points back to the dollar-measure discussion in Chapter 3.
  • A real-rate or funding-pressure disagreement points back to Chapter 11 and the relevant primary evidence.
  • A driver disagreement is not machine-scored; compare the hypothesis qualitatively with the Weekly report and transmission framework.

Limitations

  • The evidence is a dated completed-week repository snapshot, not real-time market data.
  • No classification, confidence selection, driver hypothesis or written response is stored or transmitted.
  • Only the three deterministic dials are compared; the driver hypothesis is deliberately unscored.
  • The exact-week USD Impact Score v2 is revealed separately and is not an answer key, forecast or trading signal.
Compliance note: Educational and informational only. The Weekly Regime Lab compares browser-local classifications with dated deterministic dial states. The dominant-driver hypothesis, confidence and written response are unscored and untransmitted. USD Impact Score v2 remains a separate product and is not an answer key, forecast, recommendation, suitability assessment or trading signal.
