These Terms & Conditions govern use of the USD Impact website and the purchase and use of the Read the Dollar First Guided Interactive Edition. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country are not limited by these Terms.

1. Service provider

USD Impact is operated by SC Kela Leads SRL, a company registered in Romania under CUI 40790448 and Trade Register number J38/820/2020. Contact: support@usd-impact.com.

2. Educational service

USD Impact provides educational macro-finance content, including articles, videos, frameworks, checklists, quizzes, reports, and the Guided Interactive Edition. The service does not provide personalized investment, financial, trading, legal, tax, or accounting advice, trading signals, or recommendations to enter any transaction.

3. Accounts

You must provide an email address you control and keep access to your account secure. You may not share sign-in links, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, or use automated means to bypass access controls. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

4. Product, price, and payment

The Guided Interactive Edition is sold as a one-time purchase. The product page states the applicable USD price, offer period, and included deliverables. Checkout, payment processing, applicable tax calculation, invoices, and refunds are handled by the authorized payment provider or merchant of record identified during checkout. The final amount, currency, applicable taxes, provider identity, and provider terms are displayed before payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery and ongoing access

Access is normally attached to the verified USD Impact account after the authorized payment provider confirms a completed payment. Contact support if access is not available after payment confirmation.

An active purchase provides ongoing access to the purchased edition without a fixed expiry date or recurring subscription fee. “Ongoing access” does not mean that the service or every technical feature is guaranteed to operate forever. Access remains subject to these Terms, service availability, security requirements, and any valid refund, reversal, dispute, chargeback, or account-enforcement action. We may maintain, correct, improve, or replace technical components while preserving the purchased edition’s core educational purpose.

6. Personal-use license

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased edition for your personal or internal educational use. You may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, scrape, systematically extract, or make the protected edition available to another person except where applicable law expressly permits it.

7. Refunds

The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Eligible requests received within 14 calendar days of purchase are refunded under that policy. When a payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise invalidated, the related paid access may be suspended or revoked.

8. Intellectual property

The website, Guided Interactive Edition, written content, original frameworks, branding, graphics, software, and arrangement of materials are owned by or licensed to SC Kela Leads SRL and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights transfer with a purchase.

9. Availability and acceptable use

We aim to provide a secure and reliable service, but temporary maintenance, provider outages, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may interrupt access. You must not attack, overload, reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, APIs, or data.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate suspected fraud or misuse, comply with law, or respond to a payment dispute. Where appropriate, we will provide a reason and a way to contact support.

10. Educational limitations

Financial markets and economic data change continuously. Educational examples may become outdated and historical relationships may not persist. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining professional advice appropriate to your circumstances.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, USD Impact is not responsible for investment, trading, business, or financial decisions made using educational content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer remedies.

11. Privacy

The Privacy Notice explains how account, purchase, learning, support, and operational information is processed. Payment information is processed by the authorized payment provider identified during checkout; USD Impact does not store complete payment-card details.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, security, or operational changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will be communicated where required.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. Courts and dispute-resolution bodies have jurisdiction as provided by applicable law.
