Refund Policy

This policy applies to one-time purchases of the Read the Dollar First Library Pass, including the Guided Interactive Edition and included digital materials, from USD Impact.

14-day refund period

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. The request must be sent before the end of that 14-day period.

To request a refund, email support@usd-impact.com from the email address associated with the purchase. Include enough information to identify the transaction, such as the purchase date or the transaction, order, or invoice number shown on your receipt. Do not send complete payment-card details.

How refunds are handled

USD Impact owns product and access support and reviews requests under this policy. Lemon Squeezy, the selected Merchant of Record, processes the payment and any refund approved under this policy to the original payment method. Lemon Squeezy’s current Buyer Terms also apply to the payment transaction. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary after a refund is issued.

We will confirm receipt of the request and may ask for limited information needed to locate the transaction or protect the account from fraud. A refund does not require you to provide investment, financial, or other sensitive personal information.

Access after a refund

Paid access associated with the refunded purchase is revoked when the refund is approved or confirmed. Public USD Impact educational content remains available without paid access.

Duplicate charges, technical problems, or unauthorized payments

Contact support@usd-impact.com promptly if you see a possible duplicate charge, cannot access the purchased edition after a confirmed payment, or believe a payment was unauthorized. We will investigate the transaction and coordinate with Lemon Squeezy where required.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, conformity, or other mandatory consumer right available under applicable law. Where applicable law gives you greater protection, that protection applies.
