A regime conclusion should become stronger only as independent evidence progresses from observation to confirmation and transmission.
The evidence ladder separates a raw dollar observation from a driver hypothesis, partial confirmation, broad confirmation, asset-channel confirmation and eventual invalidation.
It prevents a single DXY move from being upgraded immediately into a confident macro or asset conclusion.
DXY rising is an observation; adding Broad USD, real-yield and credit confirmation supports a stronger regime claim; asset-channel confirmation comes later.
Assigning the strongest conclusion before the evidence has progressed beyond one or two signals.
Match confidence and language to the level of evidence actually observed.
