Lemon Squeezy provides the hosted checkout, processes payment, and issues the applicable payment receipt or invoice. Its Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy apply to the payment transaction.
KELA LEADS S.R.L. is the product supplier. No separate Romanian VAT-registration status is asserted in this disclosure. Applicable indirect taxes are calculated, collected and remitted by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record and shown before payment. The final amount and currency are displayed by Lemon Squeezy before payment is confirmed.
